Huedo is a todo list. This instance is run by MouseTimer FlexCo, 9073 Viktring. Using it means accepting what follows.

Your account

One person per account. Keep your password to yourself; anyone who has it can read and change everything in your lists. Tell b.wright@mouse-timer.com if you think someone else has got in. Signing out ends every session, on every device, which is the fastest thing you can do about it yourself.

What you put in it

Your lists are yours and stay yours. Do not use the service to store or share anything unlawful, and do not use it to attack the service itself — automated hammering, probing for holes, or trying to reach another account’s data. Accounts doing any of that can be closed without notice.

What you get

The service is provided as it is, with no promise that it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of bugs, and no liability for anything lost through using it. It may change or stop. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose — a todo list is not a backup.

Ending it

You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time, and it will be — along with every list in it. See the privacy page for what that removes and how to ask.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator of this instance is established, and nothing in them takes away rights you have as a consumer that cannot be signed away.
